DELAFUENTEART PROJECT is the first publishing house specializing in contemporary sculpture, focused on the creation and production of limited-edition artist-made sculptures. The project combines art, technical research, and international sculpture production to bring exclusive works to collectors, galleries, and new audiences.
DELAFUENTEART PROJECT was created as a new way of understanding contemporary sculpture. Launched by DELAFUENTEART STUDIO —a sculpture studio led by Jesús de la Fuente with over 28 years of experience producing works for world-class artists and galleries—the project takes a bold step forward by applying the model of publishing and the music industry to the field of sculpture.
From its studio, DELAFUENTEART STUDIO has developed its own technical processes, finishes, and materials, the result of ongoing research. Thanks to this, the studio has produced sculptures in stone, metal, wood, resin, glass, and other materials, in all formats and for international contexts. Work that has traditionally been carried out with discretion is now being shared with the public through a groundbreaking publishing initiative.
The first publisher of contemporary sculpture
DELAFUENTEART PROJECT is conceived as the first sculpture publishing house: a platform that selects contemporary sculptural works with artistic merit and international potential, develops them sculpturally using its own resources, and produces them in limited, numbered editions intended for international distribution and sale.
Call for Artists and Sculptors
The project launches with its own collection, conceived as an artistic manifesto and as the starting point for the publishing line. Following this presentation, an international call for submissions will be opened to sculptors and artists. The selected proposals will be developed and produced in collaboration with the studio to be included in the publisher’s catalog.
Each piece is born from the dialogue between artist and publisher. It is the result of a comprehensive process that spans from conceptual and formal research to prototyping, technical development and the careful selection of the most suitable material.
DELAFUENTEART PROJECT also functions as an R&D laboratory, where sculpture is developed from a contemporary, organic perspective that is open to experimentation.
With this initiative, DELAFUENTEART PROJECT aims to create, produce, and showcase signature sculptures under its own stable and recognizable model, bringing contemporary sculpture to new audiences without compromising artistic standards or technical excellence.
